- Produce high quality and delicious cuisine for West Glacier Pizza Shop
- Communicate pizza shop needs to food truck chef or general manager
- Operate pizza shop POS and register, collecting a variety of payments
- Follow recipes set by pizza shop chef and executive sous chef
- Clean and maintain all pizza shop equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in keeping with federal and state standards
- Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor
- Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Pizza Shop Worker, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, fun and friendly kitchen team serving hungry hikers, families and road-trippers from all over the world. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Preparing pizza dough, toppings, salads and other menu items following recipes and food-safety standards
- Operating the pizza oven and assembling fresh, delicious pizzas
- Taking guest orders at the counter, handling the POS system and processing payments
- Serving guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and answering questions about the menu
- Keeping the shop, prep areas, and dining space clean, stocked and sparkling
- Supporting your teammates during busy summer rushes – teamwork makes the dream work!
Pay & Benefits
- $15.00 per hour with tips on top
- 35 hours per week guaranteed, with the possibility of extra hours during peak season
