We’re hiring international university students for our Hospitality Crew (Back of House) team for the Summer to Fall season. If you’re energetic, reliable, and ready for an adventure that will define your student years, this is your summer.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the back-of-house hospitality crew, you’ll be the engine that keeps a legendary national park lodge running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Supporting kitchen and dining operations, including dish room and warewashing duties
- Assisting with food prep, stocking, and organizing service areas
- Keeping back-of-house spaces clean, safe, and sanitary to health standards
- Receiving deliveries, moving supplies, and maintaining storage areas
- Supporting housekeeping and laundry operations as needed across the property
- Working closely with a diverse team of American and international colleagues

- Hours: Approximately 32 hours per week (additional hours often available in peak season)

- Tips: No tips for this position – solid, dependable hourly wage instead

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA J-1 program
- Conversational English communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic – teamwork is everything here
- Physical stamina: standing for long shifts, lifting up to 25 kg, working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort living in a remote, nature-immersed location with limited nightlife and cell service
- Commitment to staying through the full Summer to Fall season
