What You’ll Be Doing
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables quickly between guests so service keeps flowing
- Supporting servers and the kitchen team during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes
- Restocking glassware, silverware, napkins, and condiments in service stations
- Keeping the dining room, host area, and service areas tidy and guest-ready
- Assisting with delivering water, bread, and beverages to tables
- Helping with light dish handling and end-of-shift cleaning duties
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and answering simple questions about the hotel

- University students aged 18–25 enrolled in the Work & Travel USA program
- Conversational English — enough to greet guests and communicate with your team
- Energy and stamina: this role involves standing, walking, and carrying trays for most of your shift
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed
- Reliability and punctuality — your team depends on you during busy service
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and U.S. holidays
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
