Harrison Group’s Holiday Inn & Suites Virginia Beach – North Beach is looking for friendly, energetic international students to join their team as a Hostess for the Summer to Fall season.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting guests with a warm smile and seating them in the restaurant
• Managing the waiting list and seating chart during busy breakfast and dinner service
• Presenting menus and answering basic questions about the hotel and local area
• Keeping the host stand, entrance, and dining room tidy and welcoming
• Answering phones, taking reservations, and coordinating with servers and kitchen staff
• Assisting the service team with resetting tables and light support tasks during peak hours

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA J-1 program
• Good conversational English — you’ll be talking to guests all day
• A genuinely friendly, outgoing personality and a professional appearance
• Ability to stand and move around for the length of a shift
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• A positive, team-first attitude — hospitality is a team sport
