What You’ll Be Doing

The Houseman is the backbone of a great hotel – the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Delivering clean linens, towels and supplies to housekeeping staff and guest floors
• Collecting and transporting laundry, trash and recycling
• Keeping hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators and public restrooms spotless
• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and light maintenance touch-ups
• Assisting the housekeeping team with room turnovers during busy check-in days
• Helping guests with luggage or directions with a friendly smile
• Maintaining the pool deck and outdoor areas so they always look guest-ready

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA (J-1) program
• Conversational English and a positive, guest-focused attitude
• Physically fit – the role involves standing, walking, lifting linens and pushing carts
• Reliable, punctual and happy to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and early mornings during peak season
• No previous experience required – full training is provided
