Kampgrounds of America (KOA) Yellowstone Park West Gate sits just minutes from the western entrance of Yellowstone National Park – the world’s first national park, home to Old Faithful, grizzly bears, bison herds and steaming geysers. As a Food & Beverage Server, you’ll be part of a friendly hospitality team that feeds hungry adventurers from all over the world during the busiest and most exciting season of the year.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and seating guests with genuine warmth and a big smile
• Taking food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system
• Serving meals and beverages promptly and accurately
• Answering questions about the menu and recommending local favorites
• Keeping tables, service stations and dining areas clean and welcoming
• Supporting teammates during peak breakfast and dinner rushes
• Helping with basic prep, restocking and end-of-shift closing duties

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA (J-1) program
• Conversational English – confident enough to chat with guests
• A positive, energetic attitude and genuine love of people
• Ability to stay calm and cheerful during busy rushes
• Reliability, punctuality and strong teamwork
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout your shift
• Previous serving or hospitality experience is a bonus, but full training is provided – no experience required!
