Imagine spending your American summer inside a real stone castle. Built in 1918 and modeled after the great châteaux of Northern Europe, Castle Farms is one of Michigan's most iconic wedding and event destinations – and this season, it could be your workplace. As a Hospitality Specialist, you'll be part of the team that creates unforgettable moments for guests from all over the world, in a setting that looks like it belongs in a movie.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting guests, visitors and wedding parties with a warm, friendly attitude
• Supporting weddings, corporate events, concerts and private celebrations from setup to breakdown
• Helping with food and beverage service, buffet lines, bars and banquet areas
• Guiding visitors through the castle grounds, gardens and model railroads
• Keeping event spaces, guest areas and public zones clean, tidy and picture-perfect
• Assisting with the gift shop, ticketing and general guest information
• Working as part of an international team alongside American colleagues

Because your contract runs Summer to Fall, you'll also get to experience one of America's most beautiful autumns, when Northern Michigan explodes into red, orange and gold. Popular weekend trips include Mackinac Island, Traverse City, Petoskey and Sleeping Bear Dunes.

Your Package

• $16.00 per hour – a strong, competitive rate for the region

• 40 hours per week guaranteed, with the possibility of extra hours in peak season

Who We're Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA program
• Good conversational English – you'll be talking to guests every day
• A positive, service-minded personality and a big smile
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays (that's when the events happen!)
• Comfortable being on your feet and doing light physical work such as setting up chairs and tables
• No previous experience required – full training is provided
