Job duties
- Ensure the venue is properly secured and cleaned at the end of weddings, events and parties.
- Perform final walkthroughs to confirm all event spaces meet company standards.
- Pack up and safely store event equipment and supplies.
- Communicate any damages or concerns to management post-event.
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, and decor according to event specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness of event spaces, including restrooms and common areas, before, during, and after events.
- Assist with resetting the venue for upcoming events.
- Restock bar supplies, including glassware, beverages, garnishes, and ice.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including wiping down counters and emptying trash.
- Assist bartenders with high-volume service by running orders or preparing simple items.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting guests, visitors and wedding parties with a warm, friendly attitude
- Supporting weddings, corporate events, concerts and private celebrations from setup to breakdown
- Helping with food and beverage service, buffet lines, bars and banquet areas
- Guiding visitors through the castle grounds, gardens and model railroads
- Keeping event spaces, guest areas and public zones clean, tidy and picture-perfect
- Assisting with the gift shop, ticketing and general guest information
- Working as part of an international team alongside American colleagues
Your Package
- $16.00 per hour – a strong, competitive rate for the region
- Tips included – your earnings can grow significantly during busy wedding weekends
- 40 hours per week guaranteed, with the possibility of extra hours in peak season

Who We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA program
- Good conversational English – you’ll be talking to guests every day
- A positive, service-minded personality and a big smile
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays (that’s when the events happen!)
- Comfortable being on your feet and doing light physical work such as setting up chairs and tables
- No previous experience required – full training is provided
