What You'll Be Doing

As a Barback, you are the engine behind the bar. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Stocking and restocking beer, wine, spirits, mixers, glassware and garnishes
  • Keeping ice wells full and bar stations clean, organized and guest-ready
  • Supporting bartenders during busy service so drinks fly out fast
  • Cutting fruit, preparing garnishes and setting up bar displays
  • Clearing glassware, wiping surfaces and maintaining health and safety standards
  • Assisting with deliveries, storage rotation and end-of-shift closing duties

No previous bar experience is required – our team will train you. What matters most is your energy, reliability and willingness to learn.
