What You’ll Be Doing
As a Busser, you are the heartbeat of the dining room – the person who keeps everything flowing smoothly so guests can relax and enjoy their meal with an ocean view.
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables quickly and neatly between guests
- Assisting servers and bartenders with drink runs, food delivery and guest requests
- Refilling water, restocking silverware, glassware, napkins and condiments
- Keeping dining areas, service stations and the outdoor patio tidy and welcoming
- Helping with opening and closing duties and general cleanliness standards
- Greeting guests with a friendly smile and supporting the team wherever needed

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA program
- Conversational English and a positive, guest-friendly attitude
- Energy and stamina – bussing is fast-paced and involves standing, walking and lifting trays
- Team spirit, reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays during the busy season
- No previous experience required – full training provided!
