King Real Estate Seabreeze Suites is a motel in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, a small town on Saco Bay on the Atlantic coast and a popular summer beach destination. It sits very near the town centre, a short walk from the amusements, the pier and the seven-mile beach lined with souvenir shops and clam shacks.
The team has been hosting exchange students for over 10 years and always tries to help everyone have a positive experience. Expect a busy tourist season, pizza lunches at least twice a month and a lobster bake at the end-of-season appreciation party.
Housing
The employer provides housing, mostly in apartment buildings that are fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, and all bedding and linens are included. Rooms are shared by a minimum of 2 people, with kitchen and laundry facilities in the houses and hotel phones available to use. You may also choose to find your own housing.
