About the employer
King Real Estate Seabreeze Suites is a motel in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, a small town on Saco Bay on the Atlantic coast and a popular summer beach destination. It sits very near the town centre, a short walk from the amusements, the pier and the seven-mile beach lined with souvenir shops and clam shacks.
The team has been hosting exchange students for over 10 years and always tries to help everyone have a positive experience. Expect a busy tourist season, pizza lunches at least twice a month and a lobster bake at the end-of-season appreciation party.
The job as House person
What you'll do
- Stripping dirty laundry
- Clean parking lot
- Change trash
- Help with laundry
- Clean pool area
- Wipe down outdoor furniture
- Provide new linens to the housekeepers

Housing
The employer guarantees housing for all hired participants – mostly apartment buildings that are fully equipped, with free Wi-Fi, kitchen and laundry facilities. All bedding and linens are provided, and you're welcome to use the hotel phones. If you prefer, you can arrange your own accommodation instead.
