Job duties
- Assist with meal service in a professional, healthy, and pleasant manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service, meeting the guests' needs while following the guidelines of the establishment.
- Maintain an enjoyable environment for guests.
- Keep dining room and service area clean.
- Sign in and out of time clock.
- Set/re-set tables for service.
- Clear dishes, glasses, silverware, napkins and other service items from tables.
- Greet guests and serve water.
- Work with all staff in providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals.
- Perform side work duties.
- Abide by state food service regulations.
- Clean dining room and service area, including wiping down tables, windows and other surfaces, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures, and safety training.
- Other duties as assigned.
