Job duties
- Ensure that cleaning and sanitizing of rooms and common areas in hotels, lodges and cabins, including bathrooms, beds, desks, kitchenettes, floors and surfaces is completed thoroughly and on time
- Ensure staff spaces are clean and sanitized
- Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor
- Assist as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquets
- Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

We’re hiring Housekeepers for the summer-to-fall season, and we’re looking for university students who are ready to work hard, make international friends, and explore turquoise lakes, alpine trails and grizzly-country wilderness on their days off.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, cabins and lodge accommodations to Pursuit’s high standards
- Changing linens, making beds and refreshing towels and amenities
- Vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and restocking supplies
- Maintaining public areas such as hallways, lobbies and staff spaces
- Reporting maintenance issues and lost-and-found items
- Working as part of an international team to turn rooms over quickly and efficiently
- Greeting guests with a friendly smile – many of them will leave you a tip for great service!

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 on a valid J-1 Work & Travel USA visa
- Conversational English (you’ll interact with guests and teammates daily)
- Physically fit – the role involves standing, bending, lifting and lots of walking
- Reliable, detail-oriented and proud of a job well done
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- A positive, team-first attitude and a sense of adventure
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required – full training provided
