We’re looking for friendly, energetic university students to join our retail team as Retail Associates for the Summer to Fall season. If you love meeting people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want a summer story worth telling for the rest of your life, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a genuine smile and helping them find the perfect souvenir, hiking gear, or Montana-made gift
- Operating the cash register and handling cash, card, and mobile payments accurately
- Restocking shelves, organising displays, and keeping the store looking sharp and inviting
- Receiving deliveries, pricing merchandise, and assisting with inventory counts
- Sharing tips about the park – trails, shuttle times, and where to see the best sunrise
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming retail space for guests from around the world

Who We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA J-1 programme
- Conversational English and confidence talking with guests
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and reliable work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg
- Willingness to live and work in a remote mountain location with limited mobile signal
- Team players who are flexible with schedules, including weekends and holidays
No prior retail experience required – we provide full training. All you need is enthusiasm and a sense of adventure.
