Job duties
- Cook or prepare food items according to procedures or recipes
- Place food items on serving plates or dishes along with required condiments and utensils to present to customers
- Prepare cold drinks, warm drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages
- Serve alcoholic beverages, following all state and federal laws related to serving alcohol
- Prepare all items quickly and accurately, avoiding waste and following production, portion, and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
- Handle sales, including taking correct orders, entering sales in a cash register, taking money, giving correct change, and completing credit card transactions
- Maintain and clean all food service areas including preparation tables, equipment, dishes, floors, supply areas, refrigerators, coolers, sales areas, and customer areas such as tables, chairs, serving lines, and condiment stands
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service, responding to and resolving guest concerns and complaints
- Keep supervisor/manager informed of situations relating to facility operation, patron complaints or concerns, accidents, emergency situations, damages, and potential safety hazards
- Attend departmental and team meetings and participate in additional training courses
- Perform all duties in a safe manner
- Move to different locations or job assignments within the property as needed, and perform other duties as assigned

We’re looking for energetic university students to join our dining team as Bussers for the Summer to Fall season. If you’re friendly, fast on your feet, and ready for the adventure of a lifetime, this is your summer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables quickly between guests
- Supporting servers so service runs smoothly during busy meal rushes
- Refilling water, bringing bread, and helping guests feel welcome
- Restocking dishes, glassware, silverware, and service stations
- Keeping the dining room, bussing stations, and service areas spotless
- Assisting with light dishwashing and end-of-shift closing duties
- Working as part of an international team from all over the world
