We’re hiring energetic Food & Beverage Servers and Kitchen Staff for our Summer to Fall season through the Work & Travel USA program. If you love hospitality, teamwork and a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this is your American summer.
What You’ll Be Doing
Food & Beverage Servers:
- Greeting and seating guests with genuine New England hospitality
- Taking food and beverage orders and making friendly recommendations
- Serving meals in our restaurant, on the terrace and at private events
- Setting and resetting tables, polishing glassware and preparing service stations
- Handling payments and thanking guests so they leave smiling
Kitchen Staff:
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning)
- Plating and organizing dishes for service
- Keeping work stations, dishware and equipment clean and sanitized
- Receiving and storing deliveries following food-safety standards
- Supporting the team during busy banquet and wedding services

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel USA program
- Intermediate to strong conversational English (essential for server roles)
- A positive, guest-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for long shifts and work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Team spirit, reliability and punctuality
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus — but not required
