The job as Line Cook
What you'll do
- Prepare and cook food orders per recipe guidelines.
- Prepare batters, meat dishes and vegetables.
- Provide back up to the line during busy hours, including restocking and maintaining workstations to assure plenty of product is always available.
- Clean all workstations at the end of the day, including sweeping and mopping the floors.

Housing
The employer provides housing for all hired participants, though you may choose to find your own. Rooms are shared by 2 to 4 people and are not co-ed. There is WiFi (password provided), an open kitchen and an emergency contact (Alex Sanders, 207 615 2323); paid laundry is available offsite next to the housing.
