The job as Hospitality Support
What you'll do
- Welcome and assist guests
- Assist front desk if needed
- Report maintenance issues
- Handle guest requests and complaints
- Maintain the reception area, main dining room, public restroom, and buffet area
- Wipe tables, vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe counters, restock guest use items
- Communicate with the kitchen during meal times
- Run food items, restock plates, silverware, cups, mugs
- Empty and replace trash bins
- Ensure friendly and professional service at all times

Housing
