The job as Food & Beverage Attendant & Cashier
What you'll do
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Accurately take customer orders and make sure you understand exactly what the customer is requesting
- Operate our POS system and accurately process cash and card payments
- Make a variety of ice cream treats, including ice cream cones, milkshakes, sundaes, Seeley Sensations, and other specialty ice cream treats
- Delegate and communicate ice cream orders to the appropriate team members
- Keep track of multiple orders and make sure they are completed accurately
- Communicate clearly with both customers and coworkers
- Answer customer questions about menu items and available options
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
- Work quickly and efficiently during busy periods
- Double-check orders for accuracy before handing them to customers
- Handle customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with cleaning, restocking, opening, and closing duties as needed
- Work as part of a team to keep the restaurant running smoothly
