About the Position
As a Cashier / Barista / Stock Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that greets visitors from all over the world. This is a versatile role where no two days feel the same – one moment you’re crafting espresso drinks, the next you’re helping a family choose the perfect souvenir from their national park trip.
Your Daily Duties
- Operate the cash register and process cash and card transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages as a barista
- Greet guests warmly and answer questions about products and the park
- Receive, organize, and restock merchandise, snacks, and supplies
- Keep the retail floor, coffee bar, and work areas clean and well-presented
- Follow food safety and cash-handling procedures
- Work as part of an international team of students and seasonal staff

Requirements
- Enrolled university student, aged 18–25, eligible for the Work & Travel USA program
- Conversational to good English (you’ll speak with guests every day)
- Friendly, energetic personality and a positive attitude
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting stock boxes
- Ability to stay through the full season (summer into fall) is strongly preferred
- Prior cashier, retail, or café experience is a plus but not required – training is provided
