Glacier Park by Pursuit is looking for enthusiastic university students to join the retail team in West Glacier, Montana, right on the legendary Going-To-The-Sun Road – one of the most scenic drives on the planet.

This is more than a summer job. It’s a full American adventure: friendly guests from around the world, an international team of students who quickly become your family, and days off spent hiking, kayaking and chasing waterfalls in one of the USA’s most breathtaking national parks.

Your Role as a Retail Associate

• Welcome guests with a smile and help them find the perfect souvenir, apparel item or park essential
• Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions accurately
• Restock shelves, price merchandise and keep displays looking fresh and inviting
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment
• Share tips and information about the park, trails and local highlights with visitors
• Support your team with inventory counts and deliveries

• Pay: $14.50 per hour
• Hours: approximately 35 hours per week (overtime often available)
• Season: Summer to Fall

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA (J-1) program
• Conversational to good English – you’ll be talking with guests all day
• Positive, energetic attitude and genuine love for helping people
• Reliability, punctuality and a team-player mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes of merchandise
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – full training provided
