Kampgrounds of America (KOA) Yellowstone Park West Gate sits just minutes from the western entrance of Yellowstone National Park – the world’s first national park, home to Old Faithful, grizzly bears, bison herds and steaming geysers. As a Food & Beverage Server, you’ll be part of a friendly hospitality team that feeds hungry adventurers from all over the world during the busiest and most exciting season of the year.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and seating guests with genuine warmth and a big smile
- Taking food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system
- Serving meals and beverages promptly and accurately
- Answering questions about the menu and recommending local favorites
- Keeping tables, service stations and dining areas clean and welcoming
- Supporting teammates during peak breakfast and dinner rushes
- Helping with basic prep, restocking and end-of-shift closing duties

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA (J-1) program
- Conversational English – confident enough to chat with guests
- A positive, energetic attitude and genuine love of people
- Ability to stay calm and cheerful during busy rushes
- Reliability, punctuality and strong teamwork
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout your shift
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is a bonus, but full training is provided – no experience required!
