Kampgrounds of America (KOA) Yellowstone Park West Gate sits just minutes from the western entrance of Yellowstone National Park – the world's first national park, home to Old Faithful, grizzly bears, bison herds and steaming geysers. As a Food & Beverage Server, you'll be part of a friendly hospitality team that feeds hungry adventurers from all over the world during the busiest and most exciting season of the year.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting and seating guests with genuine warmth and a big smile
  • Taking food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system
  • Serving meals and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Answering questions about the menu and recommending local favorites
  • Keeping tables, service stations and dining areas clean and welcoming
  • Supporting teammates during peak breakfast and dinner rushes
  • Helping with basic prep, restocking and end-of-shift closing duties

About the Position

Position: Housekeeping
Hourly Rate: $15.50 per hour
Hours per Week: approximately 35

What You'll Be Doing

  • Cleaning and preparing cabins, lodging units and guest rooms between check-outs and check-ins
  • Changing bed linens, making beds and refreshing towels and amenities
  • Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues to the front office
  • Cleaning and maintaining shared facilities such as restrooms, showers and common areas
  • Handling laundry — washing, drying, folding and organizing linens
  • Greeting guests with a friendly smile and helping create a memorable camping experience
