What You’ll Be Doing

As the first face guests see, you’ll be the heart of the inn’s hospitality experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests at check-in and processing check-outs efficiently and warmly
• Answering phone calls, emails and walk-in inquiries about rooms, rates and availability
• Managing reservations in the property management system and handling payments
• Recommending local beaches, restaurants, attractions and events to curious travelers
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to keep guest rooms in top shape
• Resolving guest questions and requests with a calm, friendly, solution-focused attitude
• Keeping the lobby and front desk area tidy, organized and inviting

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA program
• Good conversational English – you’ll be talking with guests all day
• A friendly, positive personality and a genuine desire to help people
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional appearance
• Basic computer skills; previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
