King Real Estate Old Orchard Beach Inn is looking for energetic, reliable international students to join our team as a House Person from summer through fall. If you like staying active, working with a friendly team, and being part of a place where guests come to make memories, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the housekeeping team by delivering fresh linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms and floors
- Collecting and transporting laundry, and helping with washing, drying, and folding
- Keeping hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and common areas clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Removing trash and recycling, and maintaining storage and supply closets
- Assisting with light room set-ups, moving furniture, and preparing rooms for arriving guests
- Responding to simple guest requests (extra pillows, towels, directions) with a friendly smile
- Reporting maintenance issues to management so everything stays in top shape

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Conversational English – enough to understand instructions and greet guests
- Good physical fitness: you’ll be on your feet, walking, and lifting supplies
- A positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays – our busiest and most fun times
- Team spirit and attention to detail; previous experience is a plus but not required
