As a Front Desk Clerk at Lafayette Hotels – Boothbay Harbor Inn, you’ll be the first smile every visitor sees and the person who turns a good stay into an unforgettable one.
This is a Work & Travel USA position built for university students who love people, want real hospitality experience on their CV, and dream of spending a summer (and a spectacular New England autumn) on the coast of Maine.

Why Boothbay Harbor?
Boothbay Harbor is one of Maine’s most photographed coastal villages – a postcard town of white church steeples, working piers, sailboats and seafood shacks. Your days off can include whale watching cruises, kayaking, exploring the world-class Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, biking to lighthouses, or eating your body weight in lobster rolls. Portland is a short drive away, and Boston, Acadia National Park and even Canada are within road-trip range.
Because this position runs from summer into fall, you’ll also experience the legendary New England foliage season – something most Work & Travel students never get to see.
