Your Daily Duties

• Washing dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
• Keeping the dish area clean, organised and stocked throughout service
• Sorting and returning clean items to the kitchen, bar and service stations
• Assisting the kitchen team with basic prep and cleaning tasks when needed
• Taking out trash, breaking down boxes and following health and safety standards
• Supporting closing duties and end-of-shift deep cleaning

What You'll Be Doing
