Job duties
- Set up bussing stations before restaurant opening
- Set up bleach buckets
- Fill ice bins
- Clear tables and reset for next guests
- Clear dishes after courses
- Keep dish room area neat and clean
- Keep stations stocked during shift
- Clean spills on floor in front and back of the house
- Fill water glasses on tables
- Take linen to laundry room after shift
