General information
Job duties
- Performs a variety of customer service and luggage handling tasks.
- Picks up and delivers luggage.
- Assists with identifying and claiming luggage.
- Processes lost luggage claims.
- Loads and unloads luggage from trucks and motor coaches.
- Performs entry-level vehicle cleaning duties, including organizing work spaces, assisting the housekeeping team, and cleaning vehicles.

What We’re Looking For
- University student aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA (J-1) program
- Conversational English and a genuinely friendly, guest-focused attitude
- Good physical fitness – you’ll be lifting luggage (up to ~23 kg / 50 lbs) and walking a lot
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a team
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Readiness for life in a remote wilderness location (limited shopping, changeable weather, mosquitoes included!)
- No previous experience required – full training provided
