Harrison Group’s 32 Palm Restaurant is looking for an energetic PM Barista to join its hospitality team for the summer-to-fall season.
Harrison Group is one of Ocean City’s most established hospitality companies, operating hotels and restaurants along the oceanfront for decades. What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, smoothies and specialty beverages during evening service
- Greeting guests with a friendly smile and taking beverage and dessert orders
- Operating the POS system, handling payments and giving accurate change
- Keeping the coffee bar, equipment and service area clean, stocked and inviting
- Restocking cups, syrups, milk, pastries and supplies for the next shift
- Supporting servers and the bar team during busy dinner hours
- Following all health, safety and food-handling standards
What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 on the Work & Travel USA program
- Conversational English and confidence speaking with guests
- A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine smile
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays during the busy season
- Comfortable standing for long shifts in a fast-paced restaurant
- Barista or customer-service experience is a plus – but full training is provided
