What you'll do
- Utilizes an automatic dishwasher and 3 compartment sink as necessary.
- Keeps dish room, walk-in refrigerator/freezer, and food storage areas neat, clean, and organized.
- Stocks purchase order items as they arrive and adheres to food storage requirements.
- Stocks, stores, and keeps assigned areas organized according to established procedures.
- Keeps dish room and kitchen areas neat and clean.
- Follows all food health and safety practices and procedures.
- Empties garbage cans located in kitchen and dining room area.
- Sweeps and mops floors in kitchen and work areas.
- Assists with food preparation when directed.

Housing
Housing is employer-provided and you are required to stay there. You share a room with one or two roommates (up to 3 per room), with linens and a mini fridge, a shared bathroom and co-ed floors. On site there are WiFi, phone service, an employee kitchen, fitness room, lounge with TV and games, and free laundry.
