- Stocks, stores, and keeps assigned areas organized according to established procedures.
- Keeps dish room and kitchen areas neat and clean.
- Follows all food health and safety practices and procedures.
- Empties garbage cans located in kitchen and dining room area.
- Sweeps and mops floors in kitchen and work areas.
- Assists with food preparation when directed.

The Lodge at Schroon Lake is a newly reimagined lakeside resort known for its warm hospitality, excellent food and outdoor-adventure spirit. As part of the back-of-house team, you’ll be at the heart of the operation – keeping the kitchen running smoothly while learning how a real American resort works from the inside.

Requirements
- University student aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA program
- Basic to intermediate conversational English
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20–25 kg
- Reliable, punctual, hard-working and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Positive team-player attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability for the full summer-to-fall season, including weekends and holidays
