Job duties
- Assist with setting up and maintaining buffet stations
- Keep food, plateware, and flatware well-stocked
- Greet guests
- Answer menu questions
- Help at action stations such as scooping ice cream and making made-to-order waffles
- Wash dishes, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use
- Help keep the dining area clean and organized
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation

That’s an ordinary morning at Rockywold Deephaven Camps in Holderness, New Hampshire – a family resort with over 125 years of history, tucked into one of the most beautiful corners of New England.
We’re looking for energetic, friendly university students to join our dining team as Servers & Kitchen Assistants for the summer-to-fall season. If you love people, fast-paced teamwork, and unforgettable summers, this is your job.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and serving guests in our lakeside dining halls with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Taking orders, delivering meals and beverages, and checking in on guest satisfaction
- Setting and resetting tables, polishing glassware and cutlery, and preparing the dining room for each service
- Assisting the kitchen team with basic food prep, plating, and organizing service stations
- Keeping work areas clean, sanitized and stocked according to health and safety standards
- Supporting special events, family buffets, cookouts and themed dinners
- Working closely with cooks, hosts and fellow servers to keep service smooth and fun

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA program
- Conversational to good English – you’ll be speaking with guests all day
- A positive, guest-focused attitude and a genuine smile
- Ability to stay on your feet, lift trays and move quickly during busy services
- Reliability, punctuality and a team-first mindset
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but full training is provided
