Stage Coach Inn is an 84-room hotel in West Yellowstone, Montana, a small town right at the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Opened in 1948, it is known for its architecture and warm wooden Montana Lodge interior, and offers an indoor pool and fitness center, breakfast, guest laundry, free internet and free parking.
Summers here are busy: this is the park's busiest entrance, with over a million visitors a year, and the town of about 1,500 residents can host up to 8,000 guests. Off work, you can explore Old Faithful, the thermal features and wildlife, plus rafting, hiking, horseback riding and biking nearby.
The job as Housekeeper/Laundry
What you'll do
- Keep linens and terry washed, dried, folded and stored in designated areas on a daily basis, as well as keep laundry area and equipment clean.
- Remove and collect linens for laundering and transport them to designated areas.
- Clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture with a vacuum cleaner.
- Dust furniture and equipment.
- Empty wastebaskets and clean them inside and out.
- Clean tiled floors with the use of brooms and mops.
- Use chemical-based products to clean tubs, sinks, countertops, mirrors, toilets, door panels and shower curtains.
- Replenish trash bags, soaps, bathroom items and other supplies.
- Transport all trash and waste to disposal areas as instructed.
- Remove items from refrigerator, stove and microwave.
- Clean refrigerator, stove, microwave and any additional appliances inside and out.
- Load and unload dishes from dishwasher, dry dishes and put them away in proper places.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service; respond to and take appropriate action to resolve concerns or complaints of guests.
- Keep supervisor/manager informed of situations relating to facility operation, patron complaints or concerns, accidents, emergency situations, damages and potential safety hazards.
- Attend departmental and team meetings as well as participate in all additional training courses.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner.
- Move to different locations or job assignments within the property as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Housing
The employer provides housing: a converted motel room with a bed (bedding included), private bathroom, microwave, refrigerator and dresser, plus an outdoor grill for cooking. Each room has two beds, one participant per bed (1–2 people), and there are no co-ed rooms. There is no kitchen or laundry, but the town has 3 laundromats.
