Housing owned or arranged by the employer is guaranteed for everyone hired, though you may also find your own, and a second job is likely to be available.

General information
Job duties
- Learn product information, sell merchandise, operate cash registers and assist customers to provide a great Medora shopping experience
- Greet and interact with customers
- Run the cash register and ensure proper checkout process is followed
- Collect payment using the point of sale system
- Process returns and exchanges
- Assist customers with purchase decisions
- Consult with customers about their needs and preferences related to merchandise
- Demonstrate and explain merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Become familiar with products and answer customers' questions
- Retrieve merchandise from sales floor, stock room or other inventory locations to replenish gift shop items
- Inform customers about purchasing incentives
- Notify customers of Medora attractions and inform them how to acquire tickets
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the gift shop by dusting, vacuuming, washing windows and doors, and straightening merchandise
- Be available to work shifts at the Medora Musical retail establishments and other positions at the Medora Musical
- Participate in workplace safety training sessions
- Perform other related duties as assigned

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests with a smile and helping them find the perfect souvenir, Western apparel, gift or local specialty
- Operating the cash register and handling cash, card and mobile payments accurately
- Restocking shelves, arranging attractive product displays and keeping the shop floor tidy and inviting
- Answering questions about products, the town of Medora and local attractions
- Assisting with inventory, receiving deliveries and light merchandising tasks
- Working as part of a friendly, international and American team to deliver top-quality guest service
