What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of classic American boardwalk favorites — burgers, pizza, fries, chicken tenders, seafood, and more
  • Setting up your station, prepping ingredients, and keeping the kitchen stocked and organized
  • Following recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines (full training provided)
  • Working the grill, fryer, or prep line during high-energy service periods
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, surfaces, and work areas
  • Communicating with your team in English and supporting a fast-paced, fun kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

  • University students aged 18–25 eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel USA program
  • Conversational English — enough to follow instructions and work with a team
  • Comfortable standing for long shifts in a warm, fast-paced kitchen
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn — previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required
  • Availability through the Fall season strongly preferred
