Be the Hero of the Jersey Shore This Summer

Imagine starting every shift with the sound of crashing waves, the smell of funnel cake drifting down the boardwalk, and the laughter of thousands of guests splashing in the water. As a Lifeguard at Morey’s Piers in Wildwood, New Jersey, you won’t just have a summer job — you’ll have a front-row seat to one of America’s most iconic beach destinations.

Morey’s Piers is a legendary family-owned amusement park and waterpark empire stretching along six blocks of the famous Wildwood Boardwalk. Every year, thousands of international students join the Morey’s family, and many call it the best summer of their lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitoring assigned zones in the waterpark pools, slides, and lazy river to ensure guest safety at all times
  • Enforcing park safety rules and policies in a friendly, professional manner
  • Performing water rescues and administering first aid or CPR when needed
  • Assisting guests with questions, directions, and ride instructions
  • Keeping your area clean, organized, and ready for action
  • Participating in daily in-service training, safety drills, and team briefings
  • Working as part of a fast-paced, international team of lifeguards and supervisors

Best of all, you’re perfectly placed for weekend adventures: Atlantic City is about an hour away, Philadelphia under two hours, and New York City and Washington, D.C. are easy bus or train trips for your days off.
