That’s everyday life for our team at Williams Cottage Inn in Beach Haven, New Jersey – a charming boutique inn on Long Beach Island, one of the East Coast’s most beloved summer destinations.

We’re looking for energetic, reliable university students to join us as Operations Assistants from summer through fall. If you love meeting people from all over the world, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to earn great money while living the American beach-town experience, this is your job.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests at check-in and check-out, and making sure every stay feels special
• Preparing and refreshing guest rooms and common areas to our high standards
• Assisting with breakfast service, coffee stations, and guest amenities
• Supporting laundry, linens, and inventory organization
• Helping set up and run inn events, weddings, and seasonal celebrations
• Answering guest questions about local beaches, restaurants, and attractions
• General light maintenance and keeping the property looking picture-perfect

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 enrolled in the Work & Travel USA program
• Conversational to good English communication skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
• Ability to be on your feet and handle physical tasks during a shift
• Team player who enjoys guest interaction – no prior experience required, we train you!
