Imagine spending your summer where the Atlantic Ocean meets the legendary Ocean City Boardwalk. Harrison Group’s 32 Palm Restaurant is looking for energetic, friendly international students to join the team as PM Hosts/Hostesses. If you love meeting new people, thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, and want to finish your shift with the whole night ahead of you, this is your Work & Travel USA summer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and creating an unforgettable first impression
- Managing the reservation and waitlist system, seating guests efficiently
- Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and responding to guest questions
- Keeping the entrance, host stand and dining room organized and welcoming
- Coordinating with servers and managers to keep service flowing smoothly
- Assisting with light cleaning and closing duties at the end of the evening

- Position: PM Host/Hostess (evening shifts)
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Hours: ~35 hours per week
- Season: Summer through Fall
- Tips: Not applicable for this position

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 in the Work & Travel USA program
- Good conversational English – you’ll be talking to guests all shift
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine smile
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- No previous experience required – full training provided
