Imagine spending your summer just steps from the sand, in one of the most beautiful boutique waterfront resorts on the Jersey Shore. The Reeds at Shelter Haven in Stone Harbor, New Jersey is looking for energetic, friendly university students to join its restaurant team as Bussers for the Summer to Fall season.

This is more than a job – it’s a chance to work alongside an international team, sharpen your English every single day, and build hospitality experience at a property known for its stunning bay views, rooftop bar and award-winning dining.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables quickly between guests
• Supporting servers and bartenders to keep service running smoothly
• Refilling water, delivering bread and assisting with food running
• Keeping dining areas, service stations and the patio clean and organized
• Restocking glassware, silverware, linens and supplies
• Greeting guests with a smile and helping create a memorable experience

Pay & Benefits

• $6.25 per hour (tipped position) plus tips – bussers here share in a busy, high-volume tip pool
• 40 hours per week guaranteed schedule, with potential for extra hours

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
• Conversational English and a confident, friendly attitude
• Energy and stamina – you’ll be on your feet in a fast-paced restaurant
• Team player mentality and willingness to learn
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required – full training provided
