Job duties
- Greet customers warmly and ensure the beach attendants have provided them with chairs and umbrella.
- Provide a flag and a menu, make menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
- Check on guests periodically and assist them when they are ready to order.
- Place order with the kitchen.
- Ensure order arrives in a timely manner, check for accuracy and deliver to guest.
- Process room charge/payment.
- Take care of trash and clean up; maintain clean and organized beach server station.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm, friendly attitude
- Taking food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system
- Serving beverages, snacks and meals to beachside and outdoor dining guests
- Answering questions about the menu and making recommendations
- Keeping your section clean, stocked and guest-ready
- Processing payments and thanking guests so they leave smiling
- Working as part of a fast, fun and supportive front-of-house team

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 in the Work & Travel USA program
- Good conversational English – you’ll be talking to guests all day
- A positive, energetic personality and a genuine smile
- Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods
- Comfortable standing, walking and carrying trays throughout your shift
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided
- Reliable, punctual and ready to be part of a team
