We’re hiring energetic international students for our Boat Rentals Cleaning Services team. If you like working with your hands, being part of a fast-moving crew, and finishing your shift with time to explore, this job was made for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cleaning Services Worker on the Boat Rentals team, you’ll help make sure every guest steps onto a spotless boat:
- Cleaning and sanitizing the interiors and exteriors of powerboats, kayaks, paddleboards and houseboats between rentals
- Washing decks, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming carpets and polishing windows
- Removing trash, restocking supplies and checking that safety equipment is in place
- Reporting damage or maintenance issues to your supervisor
- Keeping docks, storage areas and cleaning stations organized and safe
- Working alongside dock attendants and rental staff to get boats turned around quickly

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Conversational English — enough to follow instructions and chat with guests
- Comfortable with physical, active work outdoors in a hot desert climate
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn — no prior experience required
- Available for the full Summer to Fall season
