What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests with a smile and providing outstanding customer service in our marina and resort retail stores
• Operating the cash register and processing cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately
• Stocking shelves, organising displays, and keeping the store clean and inviting
• Helping guests find souvenirs, snacks, sunscreen, boating supplies, and Lake Powell essentials
• Answering questions about products, prices, and local attractions
• Assisting with inventory counts and end-of-shift cash reconciliation
• Working as part of an international team of students and seasonal staff

Who We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
• Conversational to good English – you’ll be talking with guests all day
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light stock
• Availability for the full Summer to Fall season, including weekends and holidays
• No previous experience required – full training is provided
