Job duties
- Remove and collect linens for laundering
- Vacuum rugs and carpets, dust furniture
- Empty wastebaskets and clean them inside and out
- Clean tiled floors using brooms and mops
- Use chemical-based products to clean tubs, sinks, countertops, mirrors, toilets, and door panels
- Replenish trash bags, soaps, bathroom items and other supplies
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Respond to and take appropriate action to resolve guest concerns and complaints
- Keep supervisor/manager informed of situations relating to facility operation, patron complaints or concerns, accidents, emergency situations, damages and potential safety hazards
- Attend departmental and team meetings and participate in additional training courses
- Perform all duties in a safe manner
- Move to different locations or job assignments within the property as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to high hospitality standards
- Changing linens, making beds, and restocking amenities
- Vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms and living areas
- Maintaining hallways, laundry rooms, and public spaces
- Reporting maintenance issues and lost & found items
- Delivering friendly service to guests from all over the world

- University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Conversational English
