We’re hiring Seasonal Housekeepers for the Work & Travel USA summer-to-fall season, and we’d love to have you on the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Seasonal Housekeeper, you’re the reason guests walk into a room and say “wow.” Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and refreshing guest condominiums and resort rooms between stays
- Making beds, changing linens, and restocking towels and amenities
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
- Washing dishes and wiping down appliances and surfaces
- Restocking your housekeeping cart and managing linen and supply inventory
- Reporting maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to your supervisor
- Working as part of a friendly international team to meet daily room targets
Pay & Benefits
- $17.00 per hour – one of the strongest housekeeping rates on the Delaware coast
- 40 guaranteed hours per week, with overtime opportunities during peak weeks
- Weekly or bi-weekly paychecks

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 with valid J-1 Work & Travel USA sponsorship
- Conversational English – enough to understand instructions and greet guests
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Physical stamina: you’ll be on your feet, bending, and lifting throughout your shift
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts (peak season is busy!)
- A positive, team-first attitude
