Storibox Technologies works inside Niagara Falls State Park, on Goat Island in New York. The team captures photos and moving images of guests at the entrance to the Cave of the Winds and shows them the results at the exit, where visitors can buy the pictures.
The role is mostly customer service and guest experience rather than photography. You work outdoors at all times, though mainly in shaded areas, with temperatures in the 80–90s°F. You wear a polo provided by the company, black or khaki trousers or shorts and comfortable black footwear. Pay is $17.00 per hour plus commission, and good English is essential.

Job duties
- Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the photo capture locations.
- Learn what makes Hospitality, Tourism & Retail successful.
- Set up and operate digital photography equipment.
- Stage and pose guests to capture life-long memories.
- Work with all types of visitors, their personalities, and age ranges.
- Put a smile on everyone's face.
- Interact with guests and learn techniques on pitching a sales spiel and how to upsell packages.
- Learn how to operate and maintain a Photo POS System, including photo editing, printing, sorting, and packaging.
- Present retail displays on Photo Kiosks.
- Gain knowledge in financial projections, spending per person, sales tracking, and reporting for commissions.

Storibox Technologies is looking for energetic, outgoing university students to join our team as Sales Photographers on Goat Island, Niagara Falls, New York — the legendary spot right in the heart of Niagara Falls State Park.
This is more than a summer job. You’ll be the person who captures the moment a family sees the Falls for the first time, the couple celebrating their honeymoon, and the travelers checking off a bucket-list dream. Every photo you take becomes someone’s favorite souvenir.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and engaging guests from all over the world with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Taking high-quality souvenir photographs of visitors against the spectacular Niagara Falls backdrop
- Presenting and selling photo packages, prints, and digital keepsakes
- Operating professional cameras, printing equipment, and point-of-sale systems (full training provided — no experience required!)
- Keeping your photo station clean, organized, and stocked
- Working as part of a fast-paced, international retail team to hit daily sales goals
Pay & Benefits

- Conversational to good English — you’ll be talking to guests all day

- Comfortable with sales and reaching targets (a competitive spirit helps!)
- Ability to stand and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work weekends and holidays — that’s when the Falls are busiest
- Photography experience is a bonus, but definitely not required
