Job duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Interact with customers, take orders, make recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving meals, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Manage and restock bar inventory.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and provide accurate change.
- Keep track of tabs and settle bills with customers.
- Adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.

This is one of Cape Cod’s most beloved family resorts, and this summer they’re looking for energetic international students to bring great vibes to their poolside bar and dining areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks for resort guests
- Taking food and drink orders and delivering them with a smile
- Setting up and closing down the bar, restocking supplies and keeping everything spotless
- Chatting with guests from all over the USA – perfect for boosting your English!
- Handling payments accurately and supporting your team during busy poolside hours
- Following all health, safety and responsible alcohol service standards
Your Package
- $17 per hour – one of the strongest rates in the Work & Travel program

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA program
- Good conversational English and confidence talking to guests
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long shifts and work in a fast-paced summer environment
- Previous bar, restaurant or customer service experience is a plus (not required – training provided)
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol in Massachusetts
