We’re looking for energetic, reliable university students to join our Houseperson/Maintenance team for the Summer to Fall season. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps a beautiful property running smoothly, this is your American summer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the housekeeping team by delivering fresh linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms
- Removing trash and laundry from guest floors and maintaining clean, organized storage areas
- Keeping public spaces spotless – lobbies, hallways, pool decks, patios, and walkways
- Setting up and arranging pool furniture, beach chairs, and outdoor areas
- Assisting with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting issues to the maintenance manager
- Helping with grounds upkeep and general property presentation
- Responding to guest requests quickly and with a friendly smile

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 on a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Conversational English – enough to understand instructions and greet guests
- Good physical condition; the role involves standing, walking, lifting, and being on your feet all shift
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Availability from summer through fall – late-season workers are especially welcome
