The job as Houseperson/Maintenance staff
What you'll do
- Clean 10-12 efficiency rooms per day
- Make beds
- Vacuum
- Dust
- Wash floors
- Sanitize kitchen and baths
- Provide laundry service
- Clean common areas and rental homes
- Help housekeepers with stocking supplies and laundry
- Take care of three pools, whirlpools and surrounding facilities
- Paint
- Garden
- Mow lawns
- Police the premises and beach to keep them clean and presentable

Housing
Housing is conditional and given first come, first served in a limited number of employer-owned units onsite or nearby, with shared accommodations and private baths. TV, refrigerator, microwave, utensils and bedding/linens are included. It is provided only for Restaurant Worker and Maintenance Staff/Beach; other positions get assistance finding housing within walking or biking distance.
