The Corsair and Cross Rip Oceanfront Resort in Dennis Port, Massachusetts is looking for energetic international students to join its Maintenance & Beach Crew for the Work & Travel USA season. This is your chance to live and work directly on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in New England – Cape Cod.
At $19.25 per hour and a guaranteed 40 hours per week, this is one of the strongest-paying maintenance placements on the Cape, with a season that runs from summer into fall – meaning more weeks of earning and more time to explore the USA.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up and maintaining the private beach area: umbrellas, chairs, loungers and beach equipment
- Keeping the beach, pool decks, walkways and grounds clean, safe and guest-ready
- General light maintenance and repairs around the resort (painting, touch-ups, basic fixes)
- Assisting with trash and recycling removal, pressure washing and outdoor cleaning
- Helping with pool area upkeep and furniture arrangement
- Supporting the maintenance team with deliveries, moving equipment and seasonal projects
- Being a friendly, helpful face for guests from all over the world
What You’ll Get

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Ability to work outdoors in sunny, warm and sometimes rainy weather
- Good physical fitness – the role involves lifting, bending, walking and standing
- Basic to intermediate conversational English
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays (the busiest resort days)
- Team spirit and attention to detail – guests notice the little things!
