The job as Front Desk Agent
What you'll do
- Sell and process reservations over the phone and in person at the front desk
- Maintain a working knowledge of computers, peripheral equipment, and the resort's reservation and report processing system (Resort Data Processing)
- Maintain a working knowledge of the resort's rates, packages and room/facility features
- Perform cashiering duties
- Handle office skills and email processing

Housing
Housing is conditional and given first come, first served in a limited number of employer-owned units onsite or nearby, with shared accommodations and private baths. TV, refrigerator, microwave, utensils and bedding/linens are included. It is provided only for Restaurant Worker and Maintenance Staff/Beach; other positions get assistance finding housing within walking or biking distance.
